They have really cleaned the place up the rooms are much cleaner and the office manager Tracy is watching who rents rooms and is keeping out the riff raff

I've stayed at Petty's motor motel and never smelt anything bad. No roaches or bed bugs. It's exactly like motel six. Someone and they're friends probably some high school kid done got they possee together to hate on an excellent place to stay better than all the motels in the world. The most affordable because they had a bad day. It's a scooper in the ice machine. People. The showers and beds are nicely done. I've stayed several months. Nothing is wrong with the place. Unlike those high priced motels no one can afford
